      Memosens Wave CKI50 impresses with its compact design, which allows the spectrometer to provide reliable and fast color control directly in the process. At the same time, the process spectrometer ensures hygiene and material standards in accordance with the specifications of the food industry. Thanks to a preset color model and the connection to a Liquiline transmitter, commissioning is very easy and you benefit from stable measurements.

      • Quality control: Color deviations in end products are caused by color variations in the raw materials. Therefore, recognizing them and initiating appropriate adjustments is crucial

      • Filling control: Increasing product diversity and rising production speed pose a risk of incorrect bottling. Reliable and fast color detection is crucial.

      • Phase control: With color detection, phases in pipes can be recognized quickly and product losses can be minimized, e.g. when changing products or during cleaning.
